Glad I brought my car here. Got an honest answer right away that the repair would cost more.than the car was worth. Other shops mightve charged for a repair that wouldnt have done anything or for the inspection itself. Really appreciate the honesty. Will recommend this place highly to family and friends.

I would like to thank Johnny and the team at JC Alignment for their outstanding service and honesty. I recently replaced the front axle housing on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler and was having concerns about steering feel and tracking. I first visited JC Alignment before the axle housing replacement and Johnny took the time to inspect the Jeep, explain the alignment readings, and answer all my questions without charging me. After the axle housing replacement and a new alignment elsewhere, I still felt the steering was too light and the Jeep required constant corrections while driving. I returned to JC Alignment for a second opinion. Johnny reviewed everything, adjusted the steering wheel to center, fine-tuned the toe alignment, and took the time to explain the caster limitations of my current suspension setup. The difference was immediately noticeable. The Jeep now tracks much straighter, the steering feels more stable, and it no longer requires constant left and right corrections. What impressed me most was Johnny's honesty and professionalism. He did not try to sell me parts or unnecessary work. He explained that if I decide to install new lower control arms in the future and need another

Ever come across a shop that actually cares? Dealership and several other shops couldn’t do what JC did. Fair and honest work. Can’t complain. Will take all my cars and trucks here. You should too.

I was stunned when John told me that I didn't own him anything, my car was fine and he gave me the printout result of my 2014 Ford Fusion Energi alignment! He spent his time and his machinery equipments but didn't charge me for his work. Last week John and his partner did alignment for my other 2016 Ford Fusion Energi. Initially alignment of this 2016 was bad, all 4 tires were worn-out from inside edges. John gave me the printout result and his explanations and charged me the basic price for his alignment work. I don't know much about all the technical terms caster camber or toe but happy with his straightforward working manner and then set up another appointment for my other 2014 Ford Fusion Energi on the following week. I live only 20 miles away but it's worthy to drive 45 minutes commute to JC's Alignments & Brakes to have an assured feeling that my cars to be all right!
